Hi! My name is Sebastian.

I love helping people in their IT journey. I have a passion for teaching and coaching others in their endeavors to achieve their goals. One of my favorite things is watching other people grow, learn new technologies. This has been the case since I was a child when I would help my mother with her cooking needs. In fact, learning and self-improvement were two of the reasons that drew me to computer programming.

As a support engineer, I enjoy assisting and educating others about how to use computers more effectively through phone calls, instructions documents, and lessons on a variety of themes such as Microsoft Office fundamentals, software configuration, and so on.
